Cinnamon Sticks
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bwl, combine 1 cup softened butter, 2 or 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, 2 level teaspoons connamon, 1 tablespoon almond extract, an 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. Knead mixture. Separate the dough into 24 pieces; roll each piece into a 1 1/2 inch stick. Roll each stick in granulated sugar. Bake 30 to 35 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Makes 24 servings.
