Sunday Morning Peace: New Beginnings!

Remember not the former things,

neither consider things of the old.

Behold, I will do a new thing;

now it shall spring forth;

shall you not know it?

I will make a way in the wilderness

and rivers in the desert.

Isaiah 43: 18 & 19

Shall not God lead us in the way we should go?

Don't look back.

Always forward, with eyes fixed on the goal God has given us.

It may be a surprise: a new thing,

but surely God will give it.

a way through the doubts and fears,

and blessings (not a RIVER but RIVERS)!

Looking ahead...

Sunday Morning Peace: Looking Ahead

We never know what's before us,

What lies ahead this month, week or even today.

But with God's help and will and permission

I'm looking forward to:

* a delightful Thanksgiving dinner today with 

hubby's brother and family,

another one with Son #2 and his family on Monday.

*  Live Christmas tree shopping late Monday afternoon

*  Finishing my Christmas Shopping

*  Christmas!

*  A short, special vacation with family

Stressful?

Not really.

What happens will happen.

I try to stay in budget, early shop, and be reasonable and calm

when hiccups spoil planned events.

It's then I have to adjust or be unhappy.

I choose happiness.
